Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in original, unused condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Item must not be damaged, modified, or used
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
• Return authorization must be obtained from our customer service team

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and instructions
4. Package the item securely with all original materials
5. Ship to the return address provided (see Return Instructions)
6. Keep your shipping receipt for tracking

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind or customer error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Contact us to arrange this.

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products and software downloads
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days

Refunds
